Belmont

Disturbance. Someone reported hearing loud yelling and screaming on Somerset Drive before 10:44 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 1.

Disturbance. Two men were in an altercation on Wessex Way before 9:31 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 1.

Disturbance. Two men were arguing over a parking space on Ralston Avenue before 4:14 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 1.

Suspicious person. Juveniles were going into the pool area and may not be residents on Old County Road before Sunday, Sept. 1.

Foster City

Burglary commercial. Someone reported their front window was broken out and a light was on inside neighboring business on Chess Drive before 7:06 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 1.

Suspicious circumstances. Someone reported a man with black flat top hair and wearing brown tank top ran away with her 18-month-old daughter and put the baby down at the intersection of Tarpon and Marlin avenues before 6:32 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 31.

Petty theft. Someone reported their vehicle was unlocked and rummaged through on Bounty Drive before 9:59 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 31.

Burglary vehicle. A man with short hair and wearing a red sweatshirt and red cap broke into a vehicle via window smashing on Foster City Boulevard before 9:30 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 31.

Possession. Several juveniles were drinking a large bottle of Jack Daniel’s and one of them possessed marijuana at the intersection of Pitcairn Drive and Melbourne Street before 6 p.m. Friday, Aug. 30.

Petty theft. Someone reported their roommate stole a package worth $800 on Bounty Drive before 4:23 p.m. Friday, Aug. 30.

Disturbance. Several juveniles were soliciting residents without a permit on Port Royal Avenue before 2:23 p.m. Friday, Aug. 30.
