Two arrested for attempted burglary, drugs in Millbrae
September 06, 2013, 05:00 AM

Two people are in custody after being found in a car with methamphetamine, scales, stolen property and burglary tools in a car across from a Millbrae residence. Sheriff’s deputies were called to the scene early Wednesday morning on the report of a possible residential burglary in progress, according to police.

At approximately 1:45 a.m., deputies from Millbrae were called to the 700 block of Clearfield Drive and found Karen Tanner, 45, of Colma, and Moises Casipit, 48, of San Francisco, in the car, according to police.

Deputies checked the house and found one of the windows was broken and a sliding door pried open, according to police.

A search warrant for a Colma house and an associated locker in Daly City revealed additional stolen property, according to police.
