Athletes reach out to veterans

Once again, the Peninsula Thunder U12 girls soccer team of Foster City spent a Sunday afternoon creating holiday cards for veterans.  On December 8, the cards will be coupled with gifts the San Mateo American Legion Auxiliary bought for patients residing at the Menlo Park VA Hospital.
